Shelby Rochester

As the daughter and granddaughter of real estate professionals, Shelby Rochester inherited a love for helping others buy and sell homes at a young age. Her experience began in the northeast before moving to Orange County, California, and working in the Newport Beach and Laguna Beach communities. Today, she splits her time between the Emerald Coast and the Atlanta markets, where her two sons, Evan and Ethan, are completing high school.

Shelby earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on business and marketing from Marymount and CSU-Fullerton. She began investing in real estate in 1993 and first vacationed on 30A in 2006, later purchasing a home there and, most recently, an 80-acre farm on the north side of the 331 bridge, 12 minutes from 30A.

She works primarily with investors in Destin, Miramar Beach and along Scenic Highway 30A, and approaches clients with an "empathize, analyze, strategize" approach. At her previous brokerage, she was consistently ranked among the top 5% of real estate professionals and was awarded top agent in WaterColor. She has hosted the WaterColor Homeowners' Weekend and enjoys supporting the Alys Foundation.

In her free time, Shelby spends time starting her farm, a natural progression for an animal lover at heart. She enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in activities from swimming to tennis to lacrosse. Shelby has been active in helping start three schools in California and Georgia, and participates in water rescue training with her Newfoundlands.
